This community mental health service provides psychiatric assessment, treatment, and ongoing support for consumers with complex mental health needs living in the community. The multidisciplinary team delivers evidence‑based care, crisis intervention, and recovery‑focused support, working closely with other clinical teams to ensure continuity of care across inpatient and community settings.

Rates

$1700 per day (ACN only)
