Terms and Conditions


This incentive applies where:

1.an individual (“Candidate”) signs a contract from 1 October – 31 December 2025 with Global Medics Australia (“Business”) to locum as a doctor with a third party (“Client”)

2. the Candidate must:

  • not have been placed by the Business or the Group Company in the previous two years.
  • meet all compliance requirements of the Business.
  • complete a minimum of day/shifts booking for the approved bonus payment, confirmed by both the client and the candidate. These shifts can be accumulated across multiple contracts and Clients.

3. A shift is classified as a minimum of 8 hours worked.

 

Bonus Payment:
  • Doctors choose when to cash out, but can only cash out once:

$250 for 10 shifts

$500 for 20 shifts

$750 for 30 shifts

$1500 for 40 shifts

  • The Candidate must accept a contract during the promotional period (1 October – 31 December 2025) to be eligible.

 

Where these conditions are met, the Business will pay the Sign-On Bonus of up to AUD $1,500 upon successful completion of the placement.
 
If the Candidate does not:

  • meet all Business compliance requirements,
  • or does not successfully complete the full contracted period, the Candidate will not receive the Sign-On Bonus Incentive.
