I am seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists specialising in general adult psychiatry for full time positions in the Northland Region. Ideally, we are looking for applicants who want to come permanently, however, if you are wanting to come for a shorter term to experience working and living in New Zealand, I would love to hear from you also.

Situated at the top of the North Island, Northland is home to picturesque beaches, ancient forests, and rich cultural history. Essential requirements:

• You must have or be eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand in a vocational and/ or locum tenens Psychiatry scope of practice, with no restrictions to your APC.
• Ideally you will have obtained FRANZCP or near completion.
• Experience within the community based Mental Health Service
• Must be legally able to work in New Zealand
