A regional Tasmanian mental health service is seeking a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist to provide specialist support within their General Adult inpatient unit for a fixed block from late June to the end of July.

This role is based within a modern adult inpatient mental health unit providing short‑term, recovery‑focused care for consumers with acute presentations. This mental health service provides intensive mental health support in the community in North metro Tasmania. The 12 bedroom unit is designed like a home to be open and welcoming, and provides services to help people return to satisfying and meaningful lives.
