Staff Specialist in Paediatrics - NSW

Global Medics is seeking a Consultant/Staff Specialist in Paediatrics for a permanent position at a public teaching

hospital based in the South Coast region of New South Wales.

Located in the heart of the Shoalhaven region, this major public healthcare facility serves as the area's principal acute

care hospital, supporting a population of more than 100,000 people.

It offers a comprehensive range of medical, emergency, surgical, paediatric, maternity, ICU

and orthopaedic services. As a teaching facility it plays an integral role in training medical,

nursing, and allied health professionals. It provides Paediatric inpatient care for children aged

0-16 years, through a dedicated Children's Ward that delivers medical, surgical and

short-stay admissions. Paediatric services also include access to outpatient clinics and the

district-wide Paediatric Medical Outpatient Services, offering continuity of care and specialist

follow-up for children and families across the region.

Requirements:

• Fellowship of the relevant Royal Australian Medical College or equivalent
  * Specialist AHPRA registration or eligible to attain (Substantially Comparable)
