Are you an O&G Registrar looking for a regular locum?

Global Medics is seeking a locum O&G Registrar to support Griffith Base Hospital.

Dates:
13 April - 6 June
Hours: 0800-1700 with various on‑call requirements.
The roster will also include stints in theatre, on call, ICU/ED and the Labour Ward.

The hospital is offering $1,500 p/d with shared accommodation and travel provided.
The doctor MUST have full AHPRA registration.

About Griffith Base Hospital (GBH)

Griffith Base Hospital is a major regional referral hospital within the Murrumbidgee Local Health District, providing care to the wider Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. It is a 119‑bed public hospital offering a wide range of services including:

• 24‑hour Emergency Department with 15 beds
• Obstetrics & maternity, supporting approximately 600 births per year
• Critical care, including ICU and coronary care units

The hospital supports ~19,500 emergency presentations and ~2,500 operations annually and is undergoing a major $250 million redevelopment, with new infrastructure rolling out through 2025-2026.

As a locum here, you'll be working in a well‑supported, multidisciplinary regional hospital servicing a diverse community with strong clinical exposure, particularly in acute and obstetric settings.
