Rate: $1120 per day (PAYG or ACN)

A regional hospital in Queensland is seeking two Psychiatry Registrars to support their mental health services-one within the Inpatient Unit and one in the Community Mental Health team. These locum roles offer a diverse clinical experience in a well-supported environment, ideal for registrars looking to expand their scope while enjoying the subtropical lifestyle of southeast Queensland.

Service Overview:

• Inpatient Mental Health: Delivering acute psychiatric care in a multidisciplinary setting, the inpatient team provides evidence-based treatment and recovery planning for individuals experiencing significant psychological distress.

• Community Mental Health: The community team offers outreach-based care coordination, assessment, and support for patients living independently or in supported accommodation, with a focus on continuity and early intervention.
