This ICU provides advanced care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. The night shift team plays a vital role in maintaining continuity of care and managing acute presentations during after-hours. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing ICU patients overnight

• Coordinating care with nursing and allied health teams

• Supporting clinical handovers and documentation
