A metropolitan hospital in Western Sydney is seeking a Psychiatry Registrar to support their Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC). This locum opportunity offers a dynamic clinical environment and the chance to work within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

About the Service

The PECC provides short-term, intensive mental health care for individuals in crisis. The unit works closely with emergency and inpatient services to deliver:

• Rapid psychiatric assessment and stabilization

• Collaborative care planning

• Support for patients, families, and carers

• Seamless transition to ongoing community or inpatient care

Position Details

• Rate: $150 per hour + Super

• Dates: ASAP start - 2nd November 2025

• Roster: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00
