A regional mental health service in Victoria is seeking Psychiatry HMOs to support two distinct teams: the Adult Inpatient Unit and the Older Persons Mental Health Service. These locum roles offer the chance to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with a strong focus on recovery-oriented care.

🧩 Service Overview:

• Adult Inpatient Unit: Provides acute psychiatric care for individuals aged 26-65, offering assessment, treatment, and discharge planning in a secure setting.

• Older Persons Mental Health Service: Delivers specialist care to adults aged 65+, including inpatient and community-based support for conditions such as dementia, mood disorders, and late-onset psychosis.

Both teams are part of a broader regional network committed to integrated mental health care across all age groups.
