A regional hospital in Northern Tasmania is seeking a Psychiatry Registrar to support its Addictions Mental Health Service. This locum opportunity offers the chance to work within a multidisciplinary team addressing substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

🧩 Service Overview: The addictions team provides integrated care for individuals experiencing substance dependence and related psychiatric issues. The service focuses on harm reduction, recovery-oriented treatment, and community reintegration. You'll be involved in assessments, withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment, and liaison with community support networks.
