Global Medics is partnering with the Metro South Hospital and Health Service to recruit an experienced Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
You will be based in Logan City, at the heart of Queensland, with stunning beaches of the Gold Coast right at your door step and easy access to Brisbane! The hospital is one of Queensland's busiest and fast growing hospital. They provide acute medical, surgical, rehabilitation, maternity, cardiology, orthopaedics, renal and other speciality services for children and adults. Due to expansion of the hospital and team, they are looking to recruit a Director for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.
The purpose of the role is
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ensuring safe, high-quality, and continually improving clinical care.
- Collaborate with consumers and stakeholders to align services with community needs and strategic priorities.

Requirements:
- Fellowship with Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, or equivalent qualification
- Registration or ability to be registered as a medical specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven leadership & management experience
