19 - 21 October (0600-0600)
25 October (0600-0600)
3 November (0600-0600)
5 November (0600-0600)
7 November (0600-0600)
18 - 19 November (0600-0600)
25 - 26 November (0600-0600)
29 - 30 November (0600-0600)

Hours:

Rate: $2000 - $2300 per day

Location: This is a private hospital in the Brisbane Metro area.
