Our Unity Committee is the heat of our commitment. Unity is an cross-brand, employee-led program with a mission to create psychological safety and trust for people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, disabilities, abilities, socioeconomic statuses, ages, and faiths.
Their purpose is to:

• ADVOCATE Serve as the voice of the people to drive change within the organisation and the broader community
• COLLABORATE Partner with candidates, clients and suppliers to enhance relationships and achieve common goals
