What is the new portal?

The new portal is a secure online platform that brings together all key parts of your journey with us, from onboarding and compliance through to job opportunities and communication. 

 

It combines several systems and tools, including DocuSign, so everything sits in one central place with a single login. 

 

In the portal, you’ll be able to: 

  • Manage your personal details and documents 

  • Complete compliance and onboarding steps online 

  • See updates on job applications 

  • Communicate more easily with your consultant 

No action is required right now - we’ll contact you when your access is ready.

Do I need to do anything right now?

No. There’s nothing you need to do yet. We’ll be in touch when your portal access is ready.

Does this replace DocuSign?

Yes. The new portal replaces tools such as DocuSign, bringing compliance and documentation into one place.

Will I need to upload my documents again?

No. Any valid documents will be securely transferred. You’ll only be prompted if something needs updating. 

Can I access the portal on my phone?

Yes. The portal works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your information is stored securely and handled in line with our privacy obligations.

When will I move to the new portal?

The portal is being rolled out in stages. You’ll be contacted directly when it’s available for you.
