Are you interested in working as a locum RG/GP ED at a solo doctor site in rural Queensland?

Global Medics is seeking a locum Rural Generalist / General Practitioner with ED skills to support Doomadgee Hospital QLD.

2026 Dates:

ASAP - 31 Dec (Nightshift 2000-0800 only)
Please reach out if you have any availability for the rest of 2026, shorter blocks are welcome.

Other Information:

Doomadgee Hospital is a Level 2 remote hospital under the Rural and Remote Clinical Services Capability Framework. The facility provides 24-hour acute inpatient and accident and emergency care. Culturally appropriate care is provided by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers, nursing, medical, administration and operational staff.

4 inpatient beds
2 renal chairs
2 ED beds

The hospital is offering $2,500-$2,800/day with flights, car accommodation provided.

You must have full AHPRA registration.
