A New South Wales mental health service is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to provide specialist support within its Acute Adult Inpatient Mental Health Unit, delivering comprehensive psychiatric assessment, treatment, and ongoing management for adult consumers requiring inpatient care.

Service Info
This service provides acute inpatient mental health care for adults experiencing severe and complex mental health conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Consultant Psychiatrist will be responsible for clinical leadership, psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, risk management, and supporting recovery-focused care within a busy inpatient environment. The unit works closely with community mental health teams and other health services to ensure continuity of care and safe patient outcomes.
