This community-based mental health service delivers assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing mental health care for individuals across the region. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide after-hours clinical support, manage acute presentations, and assist in ensuring continuity of care for mental health consumers within the community.
