Locum Consultant Psychiatrist - General Adult Remote West

Service Info

Fly-in, Fly-out position to the West Cape serving remote communities. The typical schedule is 1 week on outreach and the other based from cairns each fortnight. There is 1 registrar with this team who typically travels with the consultant. Hours are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630, travel can occasionally fall outside of these hours during outreach. Outreach accommodation and travel is arranged by the service. No nights, on call or weekends. Indigenous communities of Aurukun, Kowanyama, Pormpuraaw, Lockhart River, Napranum, Mapoon and townships of Weipa and Coen
