A regional Queensland health service is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to support their Child and Youth Mental Health team across inpatient (on-site) and community (telehealth) settings.

This role involves providing specialist psychiatric assessment, treatment, and ongoing management for children and adolescents presenting with a range of mental health conditions. The service operates across both inpatient care and community‑based telehealth, supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, nursing, allied health, and family support services. The model of care emphasises early intervention, family‑centred practice, and collaborative treatment planning.
