A coastal health service in QLD has an opportunity available for an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to support their Child & Youth Mental Health team.

The Child & Youth Mental Health Service provides specialist assessment, treatment, and ongoing management for children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health and behavioural concerns. Working within a multidisciplinary framework, the service includes psychiatry, psychology, nursing, social work, and family support clinicians, delivering care across both community and acute settings.

Rates:

$2,700 per day

Dates:

29/06/2026 - 10/07/2026 (Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00) On‑call as rostered (approximately 1 in 10 days)

Travel & Accommodation:

• Direct economy flights (return), capped at $1,500

• Solo, self‑contained accommodation provided

• Car allowance: $50 per day
