Terms and Conditions

This incentive applies where:

1.an individual (“Candidate”) signs a contract from 23 January 2026 – 30 June 2026 with Global Medics Australia (“Business”) to locum as a doctor with a third party (“Client”)

2. the Candidate must:

not have been placed by the Business or the Group Company in the previous 12 months.
meet all compliance requirements of the Business.
complete a minimum of 10 shifts within the qualifying period, where the shifts are confirmed by both the client and the candidate. These shifts can be accumulated across multiple contracts and Clients.

3. A shift is classified as a minimum of 8 hours worked.

Bonus Payment Structure:

First Payment:
A bonus of AUD $1,000 will be paid upon completion of the first 10 shifts worked between 23 January 2026 and 31 March 2026.
Second Payment:
A further AUD $1,000 will be paid upon completion of an additional 10 shifts worked between 31 March 2026 and 30 June 2026.
To be eligible for the second AUD $1,000 payment, the Candidate must have completed the first block of 10 shifts within the initial qualifying period.

Eligibility Requirements

The Candidate must accept a contract during the promotional period (23 January 2026 – 30 June 2026) to qualify for the Double Up Bonus.
Where all conditions are met, Global Medics will pay a Double Up Bonus of up to AUD $2,000, split across the two successfully completed shift blocks.

Exclusions

The Candidate will not receive any Double Up Bonus payment if they:

fail to meet all Business compliance requirements; or
do not successfully complete the full contracted period.
