Global Medics payroll

Global Medics processes payroll for independent contractors daily (Monday – Friday), with a cut off of 12:00 noon accompanied with an invoice. PAYG payroll is processed every Monday and Wednesday.

 

Timesheet deadline

All independent contractor timesheet are required by 12:00 noon accompanied with an invoice. Timesheets require a signature by a doctors within the department eligible to authorise locum timesheets.

How to submit your timesheet

Step 1 Download the Global Medics Timesheet Template or request one from your Recruitment Consultant.

Step 2 Complete your timesheet and obtain a signature from a senior doctor within the department eligible to authorise locum timesheets.

Step 3 Send your completed timesheet accompanied by an invoice (for contractors only) to email: payroll@globalmedics.com.au or fax: 02 9475 0868.

Payslips and remittance advices

Your payslip or remittance advice will be emailed to you after the payment has been made.

For PAYG contractors, your payslip will be emailed from Employment Hero

For ABN contractors, your remittance advice will be emailed from Xero accounting software.

If you have issues accessing your payslip or remittance advice, please email payroll@globalmedics.com.au

How to update your details

You can update your details by contacting your Recruitment Consultant, by emailing: contactus@globalmedics.com.au or phoning: 02 8248 2900. Personal information you may want to update include, but not limited to:

Residential and postal addresses
Changes in the Bank details
Contact details - email, mobile
Emergency contact changes
Tax and Super details
Availability for locum or permanent work
Changes in Medical Specialty focus

 
Contract amendments

Please email your Recruitment Consultant if there are any changes to your contract including extensions, cancellations or any other changes. We will follow up with the department and issue a new contract or amendment.

See your doctor and get a medical certificate to provide to your Recruitment Consultant.
