Dates:

• 08th - 11th December - 2000 - 0830
• 16th - 17th December - 0800-2030
• 19th - 21st December -2000 - 0830

Rates:

The hospital is offering $ 150 per hour with flights, car accommodation provided.

The doctor must have full AHPRA registration.
