• Friday 6 October 8am to Saturday 7 October 8am
• Monday 9 October 8am to Thursday 12 October 8am
• Friday 13 October 8am to Saturday 14 October 8am
• Friday 20 October 8am to Tuesday 24 October 8am
• Thursday 26 October 8am to Saturday 28 October 8am

Rates:

The hospital is offering $ 3000 p/d with flights, car accommodation provided.

The doctor must have full AHPRA registration.
