About the role:

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Gastroenterologist to aid in the development of the Endoscopy service at Rotorua Hospital. The building of a new Endoscopy unit is currently underway, so you will be at the forefront of improving services for the Rotorua community. In this role, you will contribute to the General Medicine service for a minority of the year, including participation in the acute medical on-call roster while predominantly delivering Specialist Gastroenterology care in off-ward time. This is a fantastic role for anyone wishing to develop ERCP or EUS skills. If you are passionate about service development and working in a cohesive team, this could be the job for you!

Essential:

• FRACP or equivalent
• Must hold or be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council
