About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Clinical Haematologist to join an established Haematology service committed to delivering high quality care to the Palmerston North community. The service provides both inpatient and outpatient haematology care, and manages a wide range of haematological conditions including acute leukaemia, lymphoma, autologus stem cell transplantation, plasma exchange, haemostatsis and thrombosis. The Department also maintains an active clinical research portfolio including clinical trials. There is an opportunity to undertake pathology work with MedLab Central as part this appointment. Essential:
- FRACP in Haematology (or equivalent)
- Must hold or be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
