Salary: $87,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Contract: 2023 training year

The Position:

We are looking for multiple RMOs to join this health service for the 2023 training year. For these roles we can consider candidates with current AHPRA on limited, provisional or general registration. There are rotations available in Emergency Medicine, Medicine, Surgery, O&G, Paediatrics and Rural Health.

The Hospital:

This is a 600+ bed tertiary referral and trauma hospital in the nation's capital and offers excellent support. It provides services to a wide area including the ACT and southern New South Wales region. As a tertiary level hospital, this hospital has a significant number of specialties and sub-specialties. It is also a teaching hospital with close ties to multiple universities and is accredited for many training schemes.

The location:

Located only a 15-min drive from Canberra CBD, the city has a population of approximately 410,000. It is known as the ultimate family friendly getaway destination designed of attractions with activities and events especially for kids. The capital city is full of museums and galleries, archives and collections making it a perfect location for people who want to explore in their time off. Canberra was voted as the 3rd best city to visit in 2018.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have:

• A primary medical degree
• Current AHPRA Registration (Provisional, Limited or General)
• Eligibility for AHPRA Registration via the Competent Authority Pathway
