Senior House Officer (South Island)

We are seeking Senior House Officers for placements across the South Island - you must be PGY2 to qualify for these roles.

About the job:

We are looking for Doctors who want to upskill and grow their areas of interest, including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, ED, Psychiatry, Paediatrics and O&G. Within these positions, you will be exposed to a wide range of pathology, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with Specialists to build your knowledge and skills. There are various opportunities across the whole of the South Island.

Overseas candidates are encouraged to apply; Global Medics will assist you with gaining professional registration.

Essential Requirements:

• These roles are suitable for Senior House Officers who will be PGY2 or above.
• You must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand, or eligible for registration.
• If you are an overseas applicant, you must be eligible to apply for a relevant work visa.
