General Medicine - Staff Specialist and Clinical Director Roles

Global Medics is working with a hospital in Queensland to recruit for two positions within the General Medicine department. We are looking for experienced General Medicine doctors to fill both Staff Specialist and Clinical Director positions.

The hospital is a 79-bedded facility which provides inpatient and outpatient services, including a 24-hour emergency department, general medicine and surgery, and specialty services in orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology. It is located in the city which serves as a gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and Heron Island.

The area boasts stunning national parks, historic townships, sprawling parklands, and family-friendly recreation spaces. With year-round warm weather, residents enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including fishing, boating, camping, and sports.

The region is renowned for its vibrant and diverse community, combining scenic beachside towns, rural farming areas and it features a state-of-the-art entertainment and convention centre, heritage-listed galleries and museums, and five well-stocked libraries.
